Terms of Service

The terms that apply to your use of Bouncer.

1. General

The "Bouncer" service (the "Service") is operated by Mashrokit LTD, company number 515328235 ("we", "us"), and is available at bouncer.mashrokit.co.il. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Bouncer scans comments left on your Facebook page, classifies them using AI to identify bad-faith commenters (spam, incitement, delegitimisation and similar), and automatically adds those users to an audience that is excluded from your Meta ads.

The Service works on Facebook only. We do not scan Instagram or other social networks. The Service does not delete comments and does not block users — it only excludes them from your advertising audiences.

3. Account and permissions

  • You must provide accurate details when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
  • To use the Service you must connect a Facebook page and an ad account that you own or are authorised to manage, and grant the required Meta permissions.
  • You are responsible for having the rights and authority to connect those assets and use the Service on them.

4. Free trial, subscription and payment

  • 4.1 Trial plans. New users choose one of two plans: (a) a 30-day free trial, which requires a payment method at sign-up; (b) a 7-day free trial with no payment method. Nothing is charged during the trial on either plan.
  • 4.2 Automatic billing on the 30-day plan. When the 30-day trial ends, the payment method on file is charged automatically US$29 per month, and the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. A reminder is emailed to the registered address 3 days before the first charge, stating the charge date, the amount and a cancellation link. Cancelling before the trial ends means no charge at all.
  • 4.3 The 7-day plan. When the 7-day trial ends without a payment method on file, scanning is paused. No data is deleted, and you may add a payment method and start a subscription at any time.
  • 4.4 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, in one click, from the dashboard or through the payment provider's portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charge is made. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
  • 4.5 Payment processing. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Paddle). We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to circumvent technical limits, or in a way that breaches Meta's terms.

6. Accuracy of classification

Classification is performed by an AI model and may be wrong — both false positives and missed detections are possible. The Service is provided as an assistive tool; decisions and responsibility for your audiences and advertising remain yours. You can review the exclusion list and remove users from it at any time.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for changes or outages in the Meta interfaces the Service relies on. Subject to applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
