Frequently Asked Questions
Everything we get asked before people sign up — permissions, classification accuracy, privacy and billing.
Does Bouncer delete comments or block users?
No. Bouncer never deletes a comment and never blocks a user. It only adds flagged commenters to an exclusion audience in your Meta ad account, so your ads stop being shown to them. The comment stays visible and the user keeps full access to your page.
Which platforms does Bouncer support?
Facebook pages only. Bouncer does not scan Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other network.
How much does Bouncer cost?
$29 per month, a single flat price with no tiers. New users get a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, and can cancel at any time.
How does Bouncer decide which commenters are problematic?
Comment text is classified by an AI model (Google Gemini) as problematic or clean, according to enforcement rules you configure. Classification can be wrong in both directions, so the full exclusion list is visible in your dashboard and you can remove any user at any time.
What permissions does Bouncer need on my Meta account?
Bouncer needs permission to read comments on the Facebook page you connect, and to manage the exclusion audience in the ad account you connect. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect an asset at any time, which deletes the associated data.
Why exclude commenters from ads instead of just hiding their comments?
Hiding or deleting comments removes the symptom but you keep paying to show ads to the same people. Excluding them from your ad audiences stops the budget waste at the source, while leaving the conversation on your page intact — which matters because turning off comments suppresses engagement and hurts ad delivery.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Near the end of the 30-day trial you receive an email with a link to start a subscription. If you do not subscribe, scanning is paused. No data is deleted, and you can start a subscription at any time later.
Is Bouncer a Meta product?
No. Bouncer is an independent product built by Mashrokit Digital, an Israeli advertising agency. It uses Meta's official Graph API with permissions you grant.
