Hostile engagement is still engagement
Meta's algorithm learns from whoever comments, replies and clicks. Someone calling you a fraud is counted as interested — and the system goes looking for more people who look just like them.
Detects spam, incitement, delegitimisation and trolls
Bouncer is a Facebook comment moderation tool that behaves like a media tool: it scans the comments on your page, flags bad-faith commenters, and collects them into an exclusion audience in Meta Ads Manager. No comment is deleted and nobody is blocked — they simply stop seeing the ads you are paying for.
Comments stay up
The conversation on your page stays open, and commenters don't get riled up
No dramatic blocking
Trolls simply stop seeing your sponsored ads
Gentle, smart distancing
Spammers drop off your marketing radar without causing a scene
Why this matters
Meta will spend your budget either way. The only question is who it reaches — and right now, part of it reaches people who have already told you what they think of you.
Meta's algorithm learns from whoever comments, replies and clicks. Someone calling you a fraud is counted as interested — and the system goes looking for more people who look just like them.
You deleted the comment. Great. But the commenter is still in your audience, and tomorrow they'll see your next ad. You're paying for impressions that lead nowhere.
It feels like a fix, but low engagement hurts your ad delivery: fewer comments mean a higher CPM for the exact same audience. The cure costs more than the disease.
How it works
Initial setup takes about two minutes. From then on Bouncer works in the background, and you open the dashboard only to see what happened.
Sign in through Meta's official connection: pick a page and an ad account, and approve the permissions. No credit card. You can disconnect at any time, and disconnecting deletes the associated data.
Each new comment is scanned and classified by an AI model (Google Gemini) against the enforcement rules you set — spam, incitement, delegitimisation or clean. You control the sensitivity.
Anyone flagged repeatedly is added automatically to a dedicated custom audience in Ads Manager. Exclude that audience in your campaigns, and your budget stops reaching them.
What Bouncer is not
There are already ways to hide comments — some of them free and good. None of them touches the question of who keeps seeing your ads. That is the difference, and it is the whole difference.
| What actually happens | Deleting or hiding by hand | Meta's hidden words | Bouncer |
|---|---|---|---|
| The commenter stops seeing your ads | No | No | Yes |
| Comments and conversation stay on the page | No | No | Yes |
| Understands context, doesn't just match keywords | Yes | Word list only | Classified by meaning |
| Runs fully on autopilot | Needs a person | Yes | Yes |
| A transparent list of who was flagged and why, reversible in one click | No | No | Yes |
What's included
Every comment is scanned in the background in real time, without you opening the app.
An AI model (Google Gemini) reads the comment and understands the context — it does not match words against a list.
A dedicated custom audience in Meta Ads Manager, ready to exclude in any campaign.
Scan statistics, which comments were flagged and why, and the full exclusion list.
You define what counts as problematic and how sensitive the classifier is. Adjustable at any time.

FAQ
No. Bouncer never deletes a comment and never blocks a user. It only adds flagged commenters to an exclusion audience in your Meta ad account, so your ads stop being shown to them. The comment stays visible and the user keeps full access to your page.
Facebook pages only. Bouncer does not scan Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any other network.
$29 per month, a single flat price with no tiers. New users get a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, and can cancel at any time.
Comment text is classified by an AI model (Google Gemini) as problematic or clean, according to enforcement rules you configure. Classification can be wrong in both directions, so the full exclusion list is visible in your dashboard and you can remove any user at any time.
Bouncer needs permission to read comments on the Facebook page you connect, and to manage the exclusion audience in the ad account you connect. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect an asset at any time, which deletes the associated data.
Hiding or deleting comments removes the symptom but you keep paying to show ads to the same people. Excluding them from your ad audiences stops the budget waste at the source, while leaving the conversation on your page intact — which matters because turning off comments suppresses engagement and hurts ad delivery.
Near the end of the 30-day trial you receive an email with a link to start a subscription. If you do not subscribe, scanning is paused. No data is deleted, and you can start a subscription at any time later.
No. Bouncer is an independent product built by Mashrokit Digital, an Israeli advertising agency. It uses Meta's official Graph API with permissions you grant.
