התנאים החלים על השימוש בשירות באונסר.

1. כללי

שירות "באונסר" (להלן: "השירות") מופעל על ידי , ח.פ. (להלן: "אנחנו"), וזמין בכתובת . השימוש בשירות מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים — אין להשתמש בשירות.

2. מהו השירות

באונסר סורק תגובות שנכתבות בעמוד הפייסבוק שלכם, מסווג אותן בעזרת בינה מלאכותית כדי לזהות מגיבים בעייתיים (ספאם, הסתה, דה‑לגיטימציה וכד'), ומוסיף אותם באופן אוטומטי לקהל שמוחרג מהמודעות שלכם ב‑Meta.

השירות פועל על פייסבוק בלבד. איננו סורקים אינסטגרם או רשתות חברתיות אחרות. השירות אינו מוחק תגובות ואינו חוסם משתמשים — הוא רק מחריג אותם מקהלי הפרסום.

3. חשבון והרשאות

עליכם למסור פרטים נכונים בעת ההרשמה, ולשמור על סודיות פרטי הכניסה שלכם.
לצורך הפעלת השירות עליכם לחבר עמוד פייסבוק וחשבון מודעות שבבעלותכם או שיש לכם הרשאה לנהל, ולאשר את ההרשאות הנדרשות ב‑Meta.
אתם אחראים לכך שיש לכם את הזכויות והסמכות לחבר את הנכסים הללו ולהשתמש בשירות עליהם.

4. תקופת ניסיון, מנוי ותשלום

נרשמים חדשים מקבלים 30 יום ניסיון חינם, ללא צורך בכרטיס אשראי.
בתום תקופת הניסיון, המשך השימוש מחייב מנוי חודשי בסך ₪59 לחודש, המתחדש אוטומטית עד לביטול.
אם לא מופעל מנוי בתום תקופת הניסיון — הסריקה מושהית. אין מחיקה של נתונים, וניתן להפעיל מנוי בכל עת.
ניתן לבטל בכל עת. פרטי החזרים כספיים מפורטים במדיניות ההחזרים.
התשלומים מעובדים על ידי ספק סליקה חיצוני. איננו שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי בשרתינו.

5. שימוש מותר

אין להשתמש בשירות למטרה בלתי חוקית, לפגיעה בזכויות צד שלישי, לניסיון לעקוף מגבלות טכניות, או באופן המפר את תנאי השימוש של Meta.

6. דיוק הסיווג

הסיווג מתבצע באמצעות מודל בינה מלאכותית, ועלול לטעות — הן בזיהוי שגוי והן בהחמצה. השירות ניתן ככלי עזר; ההחלטות והאחריות על ניהול הקהלים והפרסום שלכם נותרות שלכם. באפשרותכם לעיין ברשימת המוחרגים ולהסיר מהם משתמשים בכל עת.

7. זמינות והגבלת אחריות

השירות ניתן "כמות שהוא" (AS‑IS). אנו משתדלים לשמור על זמינות גבוהה, אך איננו מתחייבים לפעילות רציפה או נטולת תקלות, ואיננו אחראים לשינויים או תקלות בממשקי Meta שעליהם השירות מסתמך. בכפוף לדין, אחריותנו הכוללת לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמתם עבור השירות בשלושת החודשים שקדמו לאירוע.

8. הפסקת שירות

אנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים חשבון המפר תנאים אלה. אתם רשאים לסיים את המנוי בכל עת.

9. שינויים בתנאים

אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. המשך שימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

10. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

Terms of Service

The terms that apply to your use of Bouncer.

1. General

The "Bouncer" service (the "Service") is operated by , company number ("we", "us"), and is available at . By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Bouncer scans comments left on your Facebook page, classifies them using AI to identify bad-faith commenters (spam, incitement, delegitimisation and similar), and automatically adds those users to an audience that is excluded from your Meta ads.

The Service works on Facebook only. We do not scan Instagram or other social networks. The Service does not delete comments and does not block users — it only excludes them from your advertising audiences.

3. Account and permissions

You must provide accurate details when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
To use the Service you must connect a Facebook page and an ad account that you own or are authorised to manage, and grant the required Meta permissions.
You are responsible for having the rights and authority to connect those assets and use the Service on them.

4. Free trial, subscription and payment

New users receive a 30-day free trial, with no credit card required.
After the trial, continued use requires a monthly subscription of ₪59 per month, renewing automatically until cancelled.
If no subscription is started when the trial ends, scanning is paused. No data is deleted, and you may subscribe at any time.
You may cancel at any time. Refund details are set out in our Refund Policy.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to circumvent technical limits, or in a way that breaches Meta's terms.

6. Accuracy of classification

Classification is performed by an AI model and may be wrong — both false positives and missed detections are possible. The Service is provided as an assistive tool; decisions and responsibility for your audiences and advertising remain yours. You can review the exclusion list and remove users from it at any time.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for changes or outages in the Meta interfaces the Service relies on. Subject to applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
