מדיניות החזרים וביטולים

בלי אותיות קטנות. אפשר לבטל בכל רגע.

1. תקופת ניסיון

כל נרשם חדש מקבל 30 יום ניסיון חינם, ללא כרטיס אשראי. במהלך תקופת הניסיון לא מתבצע כל חיוב, ואין צורך לבטל דבר — אם לא תפעילו מנוי, פשוט לא תחויבו.

2. החזר כספי

אם הפעלתם מנוי ואינכם מרוצים — נחזיר לכם את מלוא התשלום, בתנאי שתפנו אלינו תוך 14 יום מהחיוב הראשון. אין צורך בהסבר.

חיובים חודשיים שלאחר מכן (חידושים) אינם מזכים בהחזר יחסי עבור חלק מחודש שכבר שולם, אלא אם נקבע אחרת בדין. במקרה של חיוב שגוי מצידנו — נחזיר את הסכום במלואו.

3. ביטול מנוי

ניתן לבטל את המנוי בכל עת. הביטול נכנס לתוקף בתום מחזור החיוב הנוכחי — כלומר תמשיכו ליהנות מהשירות עד סוף החודש ששולם, ולא תחויבו יותר.

4. איך מבקשים החזר או ביטול

שלחו אלינו מייל לכתובת עם כתובת האימייל שאיתה נרשמתם. נטפל בפנייה תוך 5 ימי עסקים. ההחזר מבוצע לאותו אמצעי תשלום שבו בוצע החיוב.

5. הפסקת שירות מצידנו

אם נפסיק את השירות או נסגור חשבון שלא באשמתכם — נחזיר את התשלום היחסי עבור התקופה שלא נוצלה.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

No small print. Cancel at any time.

1. Free trial

Every new user gets a 30-day free trial, with no credit card. Nothing is charged during the trial and there is nothing to cancel — if you don't start a subscription, you are simply never charged.

2. Refunds

If you started a subscription and you're not happy, we will refund you in full, provided you contact us within 14 days of the first charge. No explanation needed.

Subsequent monthly renewals are not refunded pro-rata for a month already paid, unless required otherwise by law. If we charged you in error, we will refund the amount in full.

3. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and are not charged again.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email us at from (or quoting) the email address you registered with. We respond within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. If we discontinue the service

If we discontinue the Service or close your account through no fault of yours, we will refund the unused portion of your payment.
