פרטי חשבון: שם מלא, כתובת אימייל, שם חברה (אופציונלי), וסיסמה (נשמרת מוצפנת בלבד — hash).
חיבור לנכסי Meta: מזהי עמוד הפייסבוק וחשבון המודעות שחיברתם, וכן אסימוני גישה (tokens) מ‑Meta — הנשמרים מוצפנים.
תגובות ומגיבים: טקסט התגובות שנכתבו בעמוד שלכם, ומזהי המשתמש והשם הציבורי של המגיבים כפי שהם מתקבלים מ‑Meta — לצורך סיווג והחרגה מקהלי הפרסום.
נתוני שימוש: יומני פעילות טכניים, כתובת IP וסוג דפדפן, לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול.
פניות ולידים: אם מילאתם את מחשבון החיסכון — השם, האימייל והנתונים שהזנתם.

3. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

כדי לספק את השירות: לסרוק תגובות, לסווג אותן ולהחריג מגיבים בעייתיים מקהלי הפרסום שלכם.
כדי לנהל את חשבונכם, לשלוח הודעות שירות (אימות מייל, איפוס סיסמה, תזכורות מנוי) ולטפל בפניות.
לאבטחת המערכת, מניעת שימוש לרעה ועמידה בדין.

4. שיתוף עם צדדים שלישיים

איננו מוכרים מידע. אנו משתמשים בספקים הבאים לצורך הפעלת השירות:

Meta (Facebook): קבלת תגובות ונתוני עמוד, וניהול קהלי ההחרגה בחשבון המודעות שלכם.
Google (Gemini): טקסט התגובות נשלח למודל בינה מלאכותית לצורך סיווג (בעייתי / תקין).
Resend: שליחת הודעות אימייל תפעוליות.
ספק הסליקה: עיבוד תשלומים. פרטי כרטיס האשראי נמסרים ישירות לספק הסליקה — איננו שומרים פרטי כרטיס אשראי בשרתינו.

5. אבטחה

סיסמאות נשמרות כ‑hash בלבד, אסימוני גישה נשמרים מוצפנים, התקשורת מאובטחת ב‑HTTPS, ומופעלות הגבלות קצב ואמצעי הגנה מפני שימוש לרעה. אף מערכת אינה חסינה לחלוטין, ואיננו יכולים להתחייב לאבטחה מוחלטת.

6. שמירת מידע ומחיקה

Account details: full name, email address, company name (optional), and a password (stored only as a hash).
Meta asset connection: the IDs of the Facebook page and ad account you connect, and Meta access tokens — stored encrypted.
Comments and commenters: the text of comments left on your page, and commenters' Meta user IDs and public names as received from Meta — used to classify comments and exclude users from your ad audiences.
Usage data: technical logs, IP address and browser type, for security and operations.
Enquiries and leads: if you used the savings calculator — the name, email and figures you entered.

3. Why we use it

To provide the Service: scan comments, classify them, and exclude bad-faith commenters from your ad audiences.
To manage your account, send operational emails (email verification, password reset, subscription reminders) and handle support requests.
For security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell data. We use the following providers to run the Service:

Meta (Facebook): receiving comments and page data, and managing the exclusion audience in your ad account.
Google (Gemini): comment text is sent to an AI model for classification (problematic / clean).
Resend: sending transactional emails.
Our payment provider: payment processing. Card details are provided directly to the payment provider — we do not store card details on our servers.

5. Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes, access tokens are stored encrypted, traffic is secured with HTTPS, and rate limiting and abuse protections are in place. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for operations and legal obligations. You can delete an asset or your account, and the associated data is removed from our systems. Deletion requests: .
